Earthquake in Philippines: On Monday, a quake hit the nation when the destruction caused by Typhoon Koppu (Lando) started getting down. It wreaked chaos and destructed more.

It was recorded to be of 5.8 magnitude on the Richter Scale. According to the reports of the US Geological Survey, its epicenter has found to be the beach town of Balitoc.



It was a 10-second earthquake which created havoc among the social media users who belong to Philippines. As of now, no exact report of devastation caused by the quake has been received.

The reports of the Philippine Institue of Volcanology and Seismology suggested that it caused vibes in Occidental Mindoro on Monday evening.

The country is already suffering from the destruction, heavy rainfall, and storms following the-the Typhoon Koppu. The typhoon has been reduced to in its magnitude but has brought rains which the nation is currently witnessing which are expected to last at least till Wednesday.
