Govardhan Puja 2015 Muhurat, Time, Date, Rituals, Pictures, Images, Wallpapers: It’s the fourth day of the 5-day festival of light – Diwali aka Deepavali which is one of the biggest festival celebrated in India and for Hindus. (share: Govardhan Puja wishes.)

It falls on Pratipada Tithi while starting time may fall on or one day before fo Amavasya day as per the Hindu Calendar.

It is also popularly known as Annakut Pooja. It is the custom and ritual to cook food using wheat, rice, gram flour, and vegetables to offer to God Krishan. Generally, it is observed on the same day as of Gujarati New Year.
