TMZ Relation With Johnny Depp’s Defamation Case
In August 2016, TMZ published a video clip where Depp appears smashing, shouting, and slamming cabinet doors shut in his home’s kitchen. It looks like that Heard had recorded the same. In the ongoing defamation case, it is being used as evidence.

According to Morgan Tremaine, the objective for sending the photographers was to capture Amber leaving the courthouse, and also she was going to stop and turn to the camera to display the bruise. The former TMZ employee didn’t reveal the source’s name, but verified that a news producers passed it down to him. So, it was a verified tip. In contrast, Heard testified that she was shocked to see reporters outside the courthouse.
